Our Client Experience Director Joy Weaver joins Advantage Speakers Bureau bringing a wealth of talent and experience in the meetings industry. Having graduated from George Washington University with a certification in event management, Joy understands the importance of choosing the right speaker for your next event.

Joy spent 15 years at Inova Health Systems, as an executive assistant and training event coordinator in charge of the Inova leadership Institute Retreat. Her experience in preparing and planning large scale successful leadership conferences is legendary.
Joy’s ability to listen to the needs of her clients helps her build trust, empathy, and great communication between all parties. This ensures her clients get the best speaker available to bring their vision and conference theme to fruition.

Joy is also the mother of two amazing children and six grandchildren who motivate her every day to be the best version of herself for her family and her clients.
